By booking and using any of the transportation services offered by VIP Connection Limo Inc (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Reservations & Payment

• All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
• A valid payment method or deposit may be required to secure a reservation.
• Full payment or any required deposit is due according to the terms provided at the time of booking.
• Prices quoted do not include gratuity, tolls, parking fees, additional wait time, or other applicable surcharges unless specifically stated.
• Changes to pickup time, pickup location, destination, vehicle type, or other material reservation details are subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment. Significant changes made within 24 hours of service may be treated as a late cancellation and new reservation.
• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate passenger count and reasonable luggage requirements when booking. Service may be modified, delayed, or require an additional vehicle if the reserved vehicle cannot safely accommodate the party or luggage.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid charges.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full fare.
• Approved refunds will generally be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Additional processing time may be required by the customer’s bank or payment provider.

3. Wait Time & No-Show Policy

• For airport pickups, we offer a 30-minute grace period for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights.
• For non-airport pickups, a 15-minute grace period is included. After that, standard hourly wait-time rates apply.
• If the client cannot be contacted or located after the grace period, the trip will be marked as a no-show.
• For airport reservations where valid flight information is provided, the grace period will generally begin based on the actual flight arrival time and the pickup arrangements provided for the reservation. If flight information is missing or incorrect, wait time may be calculated from the scheduled pickup time.

4. Passenger Conduct

• VIP Connection Limo reserves the right to refuse or terminate service when a passenger is abusive, threatening, engaging in illegal activity, or is intoxicated to an extent that transportation cannot reasonably be provided safely.
• Any damage to the vehicle caused by the client or their party will be billed to the client.
• No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are allowed in any vehicle.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• VIP Connection Limo is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, mechanical issues, or other circumstances reasonably beyond our control.
• While we make reasonable efforts to provide the vehicle type reserved, VIP Connection Limo may substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle when necessary due to availability, mechanical issues, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Lost or forgotten items left in the vehicle are not the responsibility of the Company, though we will do our best to recover and return them.

6. Service Area

• VIP Connection Limo primarily provides transportation services throughout New York City, surrounding areas, and major regional airports, including JFK, LGA, EWR, TEB, ISP, and HPN.
• Long-distance and out-of-area transportation may be available upon request and confirmation.

7. Privacy

• VIP Connection Limo collects personal information only as reasonably necessary to process reservations, communicate with clients, provide transportation services, and operate the website.
• We do not sell clients’ personal information.
• Information may be shared with trusted service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the website, process reservations or payments, provide mapping and communication services, or fulfill transportation services.

8. Modifications to Terms

VIP Connection Limo reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
